1.Who we are
ClinicSorted (“ClinicSorted”, “we”, “us”) is clinic management software operated by Muhammad Haroon, a sole proprietor based in Islamabad, Pakistan. You can reach us at support@clinicsorted.com.
2.Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply to anyone who creates a ClinicSorted account or uses the service. If you sign up on behalf of a clinic, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that clinic, and “you” means both you and the clinic.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.
3.The service
ClinicSorted is web-based software for running a clinic: appointments, patient records, visits and treatments, billing and reports. It runs in a web browser and in our mobile app. We keep improving the service and may add, change or remove features. If a change would remove something your clinic relies on, we will tell you in advance.
4.Your account and your team
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You decide who joins your clinic and what each position can see and do. You are responsible for the people you invite and the access you give them.
- Tell us straight away at support@clinicsorted.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
5.Free trial
Every new clinic gets a 30-day free trial with every module included. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, your clinic becomes read-only until you subscribe: you can still sign in and see everything, but you cannot add or change records. Nothing is deleted.
6.Plans, prices and payment
The price depends on how many active doctors your clinic has. Reception, assistants and admins are free. You can pay monthly or yearly. Current prices are on our pricing page.
Online payments. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our online orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders, and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to them. Online subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is added at checkout.
Bank transfer. In some countries you can instead pay by bank transfer directly to us. We activate or renew your subscription once we have confirmed the payment. Bank transfer subscriptions do not renew automatically; you renew by paying for the next period.
Changes to prices. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal. A period you have already paid for is never repriced. If the number of doctors in your clinic changes, the new price applies from your next renewal.
7.Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Settings or by writing to support@clinicsorted.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, after which your clinic becomes read-only. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
8.Your clinic's data
Your clinic owns everything it puts into ClinicSorted, including patient records. We store and process that data only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your patients’ information, and for following the health and privacy laws that apply to your clinic.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your clinic’s data in a standard format (CSV), or ask us to delete it permanently. We will do either within 30 days of your request.
9.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use ClinicSorted for anything unlawful, or to store information you have no right to hold;
- try to access another clinic’s data, or get around security or permission controls;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the software, or overload or disrupt the service;
- upload viruses or other harmful code.
10.Clinical decisions stay with you
ClinicSorted is a record-keeping and administration tool. It does not give medical advice. Diagnosis, treatment and prescribing decisions are the responsibility of your clinic and its clinicians, even when you use ClinicSorted to record them.
11.Availability and support
We work to keep ClinicSorted available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or a problem with one of our providers. Support is available by email at support@clinicsorted.com.
12.Our software
The ClinicSorted software, name and logo belong to us. While your subscription or trial is active, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your clinic. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
13.Suspension and ending the service
We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, puts other clinics or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and to get a copy of your data. You can stop using ClinicSorted at any time.
14.Liability
ClinicSorted is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
15.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use ClinicSorted after that means you accept the new terms.
16.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to sort it out.
